As a Robotics Automation Consultant, you will be part of our core consulting team. You’ll work directly with clients to identify automation opportunities, design future-proof logistics concepts, and lead the implementation of mobile robotics solutions. From strategy workshops to rollout supervision, you’ll shape how automation is done — hands‑on, structured, and results‑driven.
Analyze logistics processes and identify use cases for mobile robotics (AMRs/AGVs)
Conduct on‑site assessments, workshops, and value stream mappings
Design automation concepts and calculate business cases and ROI
Support the preparation of tenders, vendor evaluations, and rollout planning
Work closely with technical teams and clients throughout the implementation phase
Contribute to internal knowledge development and consulting methodology
2–5 years of experience in logistics, automation consulting, or industrial project environments
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand operational flows
Familiarity with AMR/AGV technologies, fleet management, or simulation tools is a plus
Confident communication style, both with shopfloor teams and senior management
Structured, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset
Fluent in English and German
Willingness to travel occasionally (mainly in Europe)
