Automation Awakenings GmbH in Germany is seeking a Robotics Automation Consultant to identify automation opportunities in logistics, design future-proof concepts, and lead the implementation of mobile robotics solutions. You will engage with clients from strategy workshops to rollout supervision, delivering hands-on, structured and results-driven projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in logistics or automation consulting, strong analytical skills, familiarity with AMR/AGV tech and fleet

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand operational flows.
• Familiarity with AMR/AGV technologies, fleet management, or simulation tools is a plus.
• Confident communication style with shopfloor teams and senior management.
• Structured, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (mainly in Europe).

Your Role

As a Robotics Automation Consultant, you will be part of our core consulting team. You’ll work directly with clients to identify automation opportunities, design future-proof logistics concepts, and lead the implementation of mobile robotics solutions. From strategy workshops to rollout supervision, you’ll shape how automation is done — hands‑on, structured, and results‑driven.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze logistics processes and identify use cases for mobile robotics (AMRs/AGVs)
