CEEZER is building the Climate Performance Asset platform and seeks an RFP Manager to own the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating Sales, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Operations, Risk, Legal and Finance to deliver timely, high-quality bids.

You will translate complex technical details into winning enterprise proposals, drive content strategy, and develop a library of reusable resources for faster pre-sales execution.

We are looking for an RFP Manager to join our team. Moving beyond traditional bid coordination, this role requires an operational partner to own the complete proposal lifecycle, structure complex cross‑functional inputs, and convert technical solution details into winning enterprise proposals. You will combine commercial rigor with polished execution to ensure enterprise buyers experience high‑impact, compliant deliverables at every stage of the evaluation process.

Your mission

• Own the end‑to‑end RFP process, serving as the lead on RFP strategy formulation and strict timeline adherence to ensure on‑time, high‑quality submissions.
• Rally cross‑functional deal teams across Sales, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Operations, Supply, Risk, Legal and Finance to streamline deliverable workflows and align responses with client‑specific requirements.
• Analyze opportunity dynamics and competitive landscapes to translate complex operational capabilities into clear, high‑converting client communications.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and proposal resources, enabling faster turnaround times and consistent pre‑sales execution.
• Conduct systematic win/loss post‑mortems to identify operational improvements, using deal data to refine future proposal strategy alongside Sales.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to continuously elevate proposal templates and pitch materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in bid management, proposal operations, or complex project management, with a track record of driving flawless execution on large enterprise tenders.
• Exceptional project management capabilities and operational discipline, with the proven ability to structure complex deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong command of data modelling and presentation tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides), capable of translating complex metrics into polished client‑facing assets.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence required to confidently engage and align with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required. German fluency is a bonus.
• Understanding of the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus.
