Elektropraktiker seeks an experienced RF and microwave testing expert to lead technical interfaces with strategic customers in Germany. You will evaluate new product capabilities, debug and optimize tests across customer sites and R&D teams, and drive introductions for RF devices like front-end modules and RF SoCs.

You will collaborate with global teams to shape roadmaps, develop test methodologies, and share RF best practices. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of RF or microwave semiconductor testing, characterization, or ATE-based RF development.
• Hands-on expertise with RF test instrumentation and techniques (S parameters, EVM, ACPR, noise figure, linearity).
• Proficiency with test program development and automated test workflows; V93000 experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal, with leadership capabilities.

Customer & Project Leadership

• Serve as the primary technical interface for strategic customers developing RF and wireless ICs
• Drive new product capability evaluations, debugging, correlation and test optimization activities across both customer sites and R&D teams
• Drive new product introductions
• Consult product fit discussions, characterization and production test development for RF, mmWave & wireless devices like Front end modules, Transceivers and RF SOCs

Innovation & Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with global R&D teams to influence RF hardware, software and measurement feature development
• Collaborate with product marketing, customer support and product engineering to define roadmaps and test methodologies
• Develop and share RF-focused best practices, documentation and training materials
• Represent RF expertise for the V93000 platform for customer facing events

Ihr Profil

Required Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF or microwave semiconductor testing, characterization, or ATE-based RF development.
• Hands-on expertise with RF test instrumentation and techniques (e.g. S parameters, EVM, ACPR, noise figure, linearity, modulation metrics).
• Proficiency with test program development, scripting languages, and automated test workflows (V93000 experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and project management experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience testing 5G/6G transceivers, UWB, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF front-end modules, for wireless connectivity chipsets.
• Linux, C/Java/Python experience
• Familiarity with semiconductor ATE equipment such as handlers and wafer probers.
• Background working in cross-functional global environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%, Asia, US).
