Your tasks:

• Maintenance of master data and instalment loading in PMS, CRS, RMS and the extranets of the distribution partners
• Ensuring bookability in the connected systems incl. mappings
• Supporting the revenue managers in their daily work
• Preparation of regular reports and ad hoc analyses
• Creating meaningful presentations with the most important key figures
• Close cooperation with the revenue management team, central sales and marketing, the customer centre and the respective contact persons in the hotels/resorts

You bring with you:

• Completed hotel management training and ideally initial professional experience in reservations or revenue management in the hospitality industry
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally experience in using the hotel software SIHOT and/or protel, Fairmas and Duetto
• A high degree of conscientiousness and accuracy
• A high level of analytical comprehension and organisational skills
• A high degree of strategic and commercial thinking and behaviour
• A high level of initiative and reactivity
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
