This role is a part of the DACH Marketing team and brings to life a strategic part of our 2030 vision, enabling a step change in driving Colgate Palmolive’s ability to leverage data as a strategic asset and continue making Revenue Growth Management (RGM) an integral enabler to achieve our goals.
The role of the Manager, Revenue Growth Management is to maximise revenue and profit by leading the RGM process based on a strong cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Finance. Additionally you will lead the deployment of the RGM strategy and analytics in DACH. With your team you will build the ongoing execution of RGM aimed to drive longer-term profitable growth for Colgate Palmolive collaborating with the commercial organization including Sales, Marketing and Finance teams and also together with our customers via Retail Category Development cooperation. In this role, you will bring your experience in data analysis and statistical modeling to help identify (shared) revenue growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall CP business profitability. You are the expert in translating these opportunities into customer and category projects. You take the lead on large (cross-category) category projects, both internal and external.Based on your commercial experiences, you are able to translate these opportunities into Business storytelling to influence customer implementation via Category Development cooperation.
