As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Revenue & CRM Operations Manager to strengthen the backbone of our revenue engine and ensure that our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams operate efficiently and in sync.
This role is both strategic and operational — ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, improving systems, and driving measurable impact through structure and collaboration.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Revenue Strategy, CRM & Tools Ownership, and Cross-Functional Enablement, helping AVOW’s go-to-market engine run seamlessly across regions and functions.
You will:
Drive process alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — ensuring clear workflows, ownership, and visibility.
Own HubSpot CRM and its connected ecosystem, managing automation, data accuracy, integrations, and user adoption.
Manage Asana as our central project management platform — optimizing its use, connecting it with other systems, and supporting efficient cross-team collaboration.
Bridge Product and Revenue teams — translating business needs into structured workflows and helping operationalize new tools, analytics, and data visibility.
Foster knowledge sharing and enablement by creating internal documentation, dashboards, and onboarding materials that make processes transparent and scalable.
A unified, well‑structured HubSpot CRM with reliable data, smooth automation, and high adoption across teams.
Dashboards and reports that give leadership and teams real‑time visibility into revenue, performance, and customer metrics.
Stronger collaboration between Product and Revenue teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and connected data flows.
Up‑to‑date playbooks and onboarding materials that make processes easy to learn and maintain.
You’re recognized as the cross‑functional connector and the operational backbone of AVOW’s commercial organization.
3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Management (ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or B2B tech).
Strong, hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM — including automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Experience collaborating with Product teams to bridge technical and commercial processes.
Analytical mindset; confident working with Excel, data visualization, and BI tools.
Comfortable managing multiple systems (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, AppMagic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable managing both big‑picture initiatives and detailed execution.
Excellent communication skills in English.
