YOUR MISSION:

• You ensure, together with the Store Manager, that the store continuously achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning, cost control, and excellent service.
• You guarantee high customer satisfaction within the store according to our PUMA values and established service standards. You are responsible for the accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, and discounts at the cash desk while ensuring all policies are followed.
• You support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing and results-oriented team members.
• You manage and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs; you take responsibility for Loss Prevention and Operational Compliance within the store.
• You check and control the implementation of all Visual Guidelines Standards and ensure a constantly high visual presentation of the store that meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
• You are willing to accept development opportunities at other locations within Germany or Europe.

YOUR TALENT:

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a focused, customer-oriented retail environment (preferably clothing/shoes)
• Passion for the PUMA brand
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality
• Communication and motivation skills
• Strong organizational talent and good time management
• Ability to hold presentations in front of large groups
• Commercial acumen and financial cost awareness
• Computer skills, basic knowledge of MS-Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet
