YOUR MISSION:

• Provide excellent customer service and implement it continuously on the sales floor in accordance with PUMA values and established service standards.
• Ensure that your individual performance achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Ensure a swift, competent, secure, and accurate processing of sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, as well as adherence to all Visual Merchandising Guidelines according to PUMA values.
• Be responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Look for opportunities to improve merchandise traffic and communicate them to your team.
• Join our team in part-time with a working time of approximately 30 hours per week or on the basis of a minor employment.

• Initial sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail environment.
