Zusammenfassung

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a lab specialist to plan, perform and validate bioanalytical experiments using Ligand Binding Assay formats (PK, ADA, TAb, NAb). You will analyze samples, maintain LIMS records and generate progress updates for study teams.

The role requires careful data handling, attention to SOPs, and strict adherence to lab safety. Experience with Excel and GraphPad Prism is helpful, and the position is based in Berlin with in-person requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience conducting bioanalytical experiments per validated methods.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare summaries for reports.

Jobbeschreibung

• Plan, design, perform, establish, analyze and validate Bioanalytical experiments based on Ligand Binding Assay formats (e.g., Pharmacokinetics and anti-drug antibody studies (PK, ADA, Total Antibody (TAb), Neutralizing Antibody (NAb)) per guided instructions for development of such methods
• Conduct biological sample analyses per established and trained ligand binding methods
• Self-train and compliance with requirement documents
• Analysis of results within Precision Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Microsoft Excel and Graph Pad Prism application
• Support of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) associated processes
• Aggregation of results for overviews or development progress in presentations or other document formats
• Review of study and department associated documents (e.g., SOPs, Validation Protocols, Validation Reports, Note to File documents, LIMS experiment protocols or protocol templates, and forms)
• Maintain equipment, fulfill responsibilities for specific equipment
• Responsibility for autoclaving liquid and solid waste
• Maintain overview of reagents stored at different storage temperatures, maintain the inventory of materials and reagents associated with all projects, and ordering
• Edit lab associated Clinical Sample information within applicable systems
• Assist in, contribute to establishing and improving, and comply with all procedures and required SOP documentation for PK or ADA methods and department associated documents
• Comply, maintain and support lab- and environment safety practices
