Participation in research and teaching, particularly in the modules "Intellectual Property" and "European and International Business Law," of the MBL program under the direction of Dr. Julia Möller-Klapperich: student advising and lecturer support, designing, supervising, and marking module exams, supervising master\'s theses, participating in curriculum planning, and designing and conducting tutorials on selected program topics. Further responsibilities include participation in student marketing and organizing extracurricular events. This position serves the student\'s own academic qualifications. There is the possibility of pursuing a doctorate.
Completed university degree in law (Master\'s/First Legal Examination or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge and/or experience in IP and data law in the context of competition law, digital markets, and AI; very good English skills (C1 CEFR); good German skills (B2 CEFR) and basic knowledge of another language; knowledge and/or experience in academic writing and publishing; relevant professional experience; experience in student advising and support; interest in participating in research projects; intercultural competence; strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team; good IT skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with Blackboard and Campus Management; willingness to occasionally work Saturdays or evenings
