Job summary

Quantum Systems GmbH is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Production Planner to manage repair orders from acceptance to delivery. You will plan capacities, ensure material availability, and coordinate with Production, Service, and Logistics to keep technicians productive.

In this role you will monitor ERP data, analyze KPIs, and drive improvements in lead times and on-time delivery. Fluency in German and English is required; Munich location with standard hours applies.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or degree in a technical or logistics-related field.
• Experience in production planning, work preparation, or repair operations.
• Confident working with ERP systems and Excel.
• Structured and reliable approach to work, with a strong ability to coordinate between the workshop and other departments.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

As a Repair & Maintenance Production Planner, you manage repair orders within our Repair & Maintenance department from initial acceptance through to delivery. You plan capacities and schedules, ensure material availability, and make sure our Repair & Maintenance Technicians can work efficiently without interruptions. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Repair & Maintenance organization.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Plan and prioritize repair orders and manage lead times

• Coordinate capacity planning with the Team Lead and align with adjacent functions (Production, Service, Logistics)

What you bring to the team:
