Responsibilities

The role in rental operations is responsible for overseeing the daily activities related to the rental of construction equipment. The position ensures smooth rental processes, sales and customer satisfaction, proper inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing daily rental operations as well as providing professional support for customer inquiries
• Organization and coordination of bookings, rental contracts, as well as handover and return processes
• Ensuring complete and accurate maintenance of rental records, contracts, and relevant documentation
• Monitoring and management of the rental equipment and vehicle fleet inventory
• Conducting condition checks and inspections of rental units and equipment before and after use
• Handling customer complaints and independently resolving operational challenges
• Coordinating and tracking maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes, company policies, and legal regulations
• Processing invoices, payment transactions, and security deposit settlements
• Supporting sales activities to increase utilization and optimize the use of rental equipment
• Contributing to ensuring high customer satisfaction and a smooth rental process.

Required Experience

• Professional experience in rental management, sales, operations, customer service, or administration
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a strong customer orientation
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with rental management software
