Scorpion is seeking a detailed Post-Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end workflow from footage handoff to final delivery. You will coordinate editors, communicate creative direction, and maintain schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.

This remote role supports editors, producers, and internal teams, ensuring assets, notes, and deadlines are clear. Internal candidates receive priority, with external applications reviewed if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow from editor assignment through final delivery.
• Coordinate editors by communicating project expectations, creative direction, deadlines, and requirements.
• Build and manage production schedules, balance workloads, and remove bottlenecks to keep deadlines.
• Maintain project docs and enable accurate updates across monday.com, Frame.io, and Drive.
• Review deliverables for quality, formatting, and client briefs before approval.
