AVI-SPL in Leverkusen is seeking an experienced Production Coordination professional to lead technical planning, setup, and execution of onsite, hybrid, and virtual events for a global pharmaceutical client.

You will manage video, audio, graphics, streaming, and show control, coordinate speakers, rehearsals, and live show direction, and ensure compliance with production standards while guiding junior technicians.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of live event, broadcast, video production, or technical event experience, including 3+ years supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Strong hands-on expertise in control room operations, video switching, audio mixing, robotic cameras, playback systems, and live streaming.
• Proficient in virtual event platforms and enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Experience producing and executing virtual and hybrid events, including show flow management, speaker coordination, and live event operations.
• Strong understanding of broadcast workflows, signal flow, and real-time troubleshooting in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused event experiences.
• Proven ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, mentor team members, and adapt in fast-paced production environments.

Lead the technical planning, setup, and execution of onsite, hybrid, and virtual events for a global pharmaceutical and biotechnology client. Responsible for delivering high-quality video production, managing and troubleshooting production systems, optimizing control room operations, and supporting live event delivery. Also serves as a virtual event producer, overseeing event flow, platform management, speaker coordination, and real-time show direction to ensure seamless event execution.

Production Coordination & Meeting Support:

• Provide technical consultation and production solutions for live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Coordinate and support events across platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Manage event production, show flow, speaker coordination, rehearsals, and live execution.
• Ensure technical readiness, quality control, and compliance with production standards.
• Support post-production editing, recording delivery, event reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on event strategy, operational planning, and technical enhancements.

Technical Events:

• Experience with production switchers (TriCaster or equivalent), professional audio systems (Yamaha, Dante, Shure), and streaming infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Adder KVM systems, production routing environments, and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Background in video production, communications technology, or a related field.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Limited travel is required based on requirements and location of productions and service needs including meetings at client offices and AVI-SPL offices.
