Embedded Shishya is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities. The role involves taking off quantities from architectural, structural, and foundation plans, calculating material quantities, square footage, and concrete-related measurements.

You will work with a small internal estimating team, review plans with precision, and help prepare bids and cost estimates.

Qualifikationen

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans, calculating material quantities, square footage, and concrete-related measurements, and supporting the preparation of project estimates. This role requires strong AutoCAD proficiency, prior construction takeoff experience, and the ability to review plans and specifications with a high degree of precision. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a small internal estimating team, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute to the timely delivery of bids and estimates. Experience in concrete construction is highly preferred.
