Zusammenfassung

Sennheiser Group is seeking a Regulatory Software Compliance Manager (m/f/d) in Germany. You will derive and implement regulatory requirements (CRA, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act) into technical and organizational guidelines, and support product development with compliance expertise.

You will work closely with Legal, Product Development, and IT Security to ensure secure, compliant digital products across the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science or electrical/industrial engineering, or a related 3-year vocational path with further development.
• Several years of relevant experience in software compliance, regulatory affairs, or cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of European regulations (CRA, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act) and how to implement them.
• Experience integrating regulatory requirements into agile or traditional development processes.
• Familiarity with SDL or secure coding standards and related standards.

• Derive regulatory requirements and translate them into technical, organizational, and procedural guidelines.
• Translate legal requirements into concrete development, architecture, security, lifecycle, and operations needs.
• Act as go-to regulatory expert for development projects and audits.
• Assess impact of regulatory rules on product design, software architecture, and processes.
• Prepare compliance evaluations, audits, and market surveillance measures.
• Identify regulatory influences on product roadmaps early in development.
• Build, maintain, and improve software compliance processes, policies, and templates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product Development, and IT Security teams.

Regulatory Software Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

These tasks await you on our team:

• You derive regulatory requirements (e.g., CRA, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act) and implement them into technical, organizational, and procedural guidelines.
• You translate legal requirements into concrete requirements regarding development, architecture, security, lifecycle, and operations.
• You support development projects as the go-to person for regulatory questions.
• You assess the impact of regulatory requirements on product design, software architecture, and processes.
• You prepare and support compliance evaluations, audits, and market surveillance measures.
• From early on you identify regulatory influences on product roadmaps and development strategies.
• Building, maintaining, and improving processes, policies, and templates for software compliance is also part of your role.
• In your position, you work closely with the Legal, Product Development, and IT Security department.

You bring the following qualifications:

• A completed (university) degree with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar: or a completed at least 3-year relevant vocational training plus additional professional development.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in software compliance, regulatory affairs, or cybersecurity.
• You have solid knowledge of relevant European regulations (e.g., CRA, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act).
• You have experience integrating regulatory requirements into agile or traditional development processes.
• Ideally also with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) or Secure Coding Standards and relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, EN 18031, EN 40000).
• You have a good understanding of modern software architectures, embedded systems, and connected products.
• Your working style is structured and analytical, and you can make complex regulatory requirements understandable.
