Job summary

Strong Tower Partners is seeking a Regression Tester to perform end-to-end validation of our analytics and recruitment platform across web and mobile, ensuring stability after updates and releases. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to audit functionality, report defects, and refine regression suites.

The role emphasizes manual and automated testing, SDLC and Agile practices, and data validation, with a focus on security and compliance for client data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of software testing or QA experience, with a focus on regression testing.
• Experience with manual and automated regression testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and data validation techniques.
• Experience testing SaaS, recruitment, or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document defects, discrepancies, and provide actionable feedback in a structured bug tracking system (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

• Maintain and update regression test suites to reflect changes in workflows and new features.
• Ensure testing aligns with compliance and security standards for client and candidate data.
