Job Overview

Our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company focusing on innovative therapies, particularly in neurology, is seeking an experienced leader to join as Regionalleitung. The role involves leading a team of Key Account Managers with strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers in hospital outpatient services.
  3. Execute sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating regional activities within the overall strategy.
  4. Analyze market, competition, and potential data to derive targeted actions.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and market access teams.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs.
  8. Participate in trade fairs and congresses.
Candidate Profile
  1. Completed scientific degree or qualified as a licensed pharmaceutical representative according to §75 AMG or an equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 2 years of leadership experience in the RX market.
  3. Ideally, experience in neurology is preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a high sense of responsibility.
  6. Willingness to travel within Southern Germany.
  7. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
  8. Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
