Zusammenfassung

BD Heidelberg is seeking a Regional Solution Manager Pyxis GSA to design secure medication management workflows and provide expert pre-sales support. You will work with the BD Pyxis product portfolio and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate value to customers.

The role requires clinical or IT experience in healthcare, German language proficiency, willingness to travel up to 50%, and strong cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, IT, supply chain, and management.
• Design and present target solutions based on the BD Pyxis product portfolio.
• Support the sales team during tender and RFP processes.
• Handover of all solution designs and workflow concepts to the project team.
• Provide local market expertise and language support as required.
• Post go-live support and system optimization.
• Identify expansion and integration opportunities.
• Develop regional integration standards.
• Enable knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange internally and externally.
• Close collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and Product Development.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to customers and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and reference customers.
• Contribute to marketing materials (case studies, benchmarks, analyses).

Job Description

The position focuses on designing secure medication management workflows and providing expert pre-sales support to clearly demonstrate the value of automated medication processes to customers. Key responsibilities include active participation in customer projects, working in close alignment with the sales team as well as other members of the Customer Success team.

In addition, the role collaborates closely with customers to develop testimonials, case studies, and white papers that support the adoption and effective use of BD dispensing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

• Analyze clinical medication workflows (prescribing, compounding, administration)

Implementation Preparation

• Handover of all solution designs and workflow concepts to the project team

Post-Implementation

Regional Expert Role

• Develop regional integration standards
• Enable knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange internally and externally
• Close collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and Product Development
• Provide subject-matter expertise to customers and partners

Reference Site & KOL Management

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference customers
• Contribute to marketing materials (case studies, benchmarks, analyses)

Your Profile

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or an IT-related field is preferred; equivalent
• professional experience with technologies in a hospital setting will also be considered
• Experience in clinical, operational, healthcare-IT, ward, or pharmacy environments, as well as experience with hospital information systems or comparable healthcare software, are a plus

Knowledge And Skills

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is a MUST, communicative level of English is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competent in Healthcare IT standards (IHE, HL7) is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or CRM systems.
• Ability to make decisions within defined parameters.
• Innovative and creative mindset combined with strong listening skills.
• Excellent relationship management approach, building trust and mutual respect with customers.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Ability to balance detailed work with a clear understanding of the bigger picture.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
• Field-based role requiring a valid driving license
• Preferred home locations: Kassel, Hanover, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Berlin, or Leipzig

Salary Range Information
