About the Role

A leading global semiconductor organization is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager – DACH to join its European sales team. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth across the DACH region by developing and executing strategic sales plans, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a key partner in the semiconductor supply chain.

Working closely with internal and technical sales teams, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing key accounts, and managing customer engagement to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets across the DACH region.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to introduce the company’s semiconductor solutions and expand customer portfolios.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and customer presentations.
  • Accurately forecast regional sales performance and maintain up-to-date data within CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication, ensuring alignment with internal teams and business priorities.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events across the region.
  • Travel: Up to 50–60% within the DACH region.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Proven sales and business development experience within the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated success growing territories and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience required.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently from a virtual office environment.
  • Full valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
