Zusammenfassung

Hancock seeks a regional leader to drive field operations, ensure top-notch service, and manage contractor networks across the territory. You will resolve escalations, grow business, and build strategic relationships with insurers and clients while guiding field teams and ensuring timely inspections.

Applicants should have extensive property claims experience, proven leadership, and strong communication skills; HAAG and rope & harness certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in property claims or related industry.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• HAAG Certification (preferred).
• Rope & Harness Certification (preferred).
• Experience working with independent contractors and field inspection teams.
