Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead cross-DACH fit-out projects from initiation to opening. This freelance role requires expertise in architecture, interior design, and construction, with strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead the delivery of fit-out projects across the DACH region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fit-out projects across the DACH region from project initiation to opening.
• Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources to meet business needs.
• Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting, escalation, and decision-making.

What You’ll Have

• 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.
• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution
• Excellent project and commercial management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
• A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Structured, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Located in Berlin or Vienna.
• Fluency in English and German.
