Zusammenfassung

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Regional Finance Administrator to be based at our Northampton GP3 site (NN4 5FB). The role ensures timely and accurate financial administrative information for the assigned region, including revenue calculations, journals, accruals and invoicing.

Experience in finance and an AAT qualification are desirable; strong numeracy, attention to detail and Excel proficiency are essential.

Aufgaben

• Accurate weekly calculation of revenue figures, in accordance with company procedures.
• Complete accurate journals and accruals within the correct time frame.
• Production of timely customer sales invoices.
• Accurately capture all PO and cost data in a timely manner, escalating queries to the Line Manager as appropriate.
• Production of reliable "Quicks" on a weekly basis within the agreed accuracy tolerance levels and resolution of any month end variances.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, being seen as the first point of contact for any queries.

We are looking for a Regional Finance Administrator to be based at our Northampton GP3 site (NN4 5FB). The key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely & accurate financial administrative information, relating to activities within the assigned region.

• Previous experience within a finance role is highly desirable, but full training can be provided.
• AAT qualification or similar is desirable, but not essential.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Excel.
• The salary for this role is £27,651.66 per annum. It is a hybrid role with up to 4 remote days per week (subject to business requirements). The working hours for this role are:
• Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 - 17:30
• Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:30
• Thursday & Friday: Either 10:00 - 16:30 or 08:00 - 14:30
• 25 days' holiday (excluding bank holidays) and 5 days Volunteer Leave per year
