YTTP - Your Transformation to Power in Berlin seeks a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead inspiring classes and motivate members. This role combines community engagement, creative freedom in shaping classes, and career development within a supportive studio environment. Flexible work models (full-time, part-time, or freelance) are available. The ideal candidate should be energetic, reliable, and passionate about personal growth in the Pilates community, with opportunities for mentoring and further education.

Qualifikationen

• Certified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor or experienced in Mat Pilates and willing to learn.
• Positive energy and ability to engage with members.
• Reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• You are a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor or an experienced Mat Pilates Instructor eager to expand into Reformer training
• You bring positive energy and know how to motivate and engage people
• You work reliably, independently, and enjoy being part of a team
• You value personal development and constructive feedback
• You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility
