Location: Berlin

Your Tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day office matters
  • Liaise with external service providers and suppliers
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, gift cards, and more – including price negotiations and contracts
  • Take ownership of the front desk and reception area
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal events
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training or a similar qualification in office management
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Initial experience in office management, ideally in a creative or agency environment
  • A communicative, open, and reliable team player
  • Flexible and proactive with a hands-on mentality
  • Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in working with diverse cultures
  • Confident handling of MS Office tools
