Hauser Recruiting is partnering with a global investment firm that is expanding their Reception team. This is for you if you love to help others, enjoy providing a brilliant level of customer service, and you light up a room with your warmth, polish, and professionalism!

The Role

As the newest member of the Reception team, you’ll join two other colleagues to be responsible for the first impression of the firm, welcoming clients and guests with charm and efficiency. You'll handle the incoming email correspondence for the firm, and apply the same precision and style to your written communication. Beyond front‑of‑house duties, you’ll support Executive Assistants and the Office Manager by coordinating meeting logistics, managing office projects & supplies, and keeping conference rooms running seamlessly for small internal meetings and larger client events.

What You’re Expected to Bring
  • Fluent in German and comfortable with advanced‑level English
  • Experienced in a similar office‑based role, or hospitality background / Ausbildung
  • Exceptionally well‑presented, warm & professional style
  • Energised by client interaction and team collaboration
  • Skilled in handling meeting prep, catering, and AV equipment
  • Confident in ordering supplies and maintaining a polished office environment
  • Naturally positive and solution‑oriented
  • Calm under pressure
  • Able to work between the hours of 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm on rotation
