Job Description

As member of the team in Airbus D&S you will be responsible for:

  • Internal and external reporting, including annual financial statements, management reports, cash flow, etc;
  • Handling corporate law matters, e.g., shareholder meetings;
  • Coordinating essential business operations within the real estate division, such as rent processing, arrears management, and maintenance scheduling;
  • Revenue management, e.g., participating in or leading lease negotiations, drafting lease agreements, preparing contract annexes;
  • Preparing and conducting property handovers, including necessary documentation;
  • Independent preparation and review of utility cost statements, as well as checking received statements;
Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Master’s or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or in Business Administration;
  • Real estate expertise is essential;
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools is an advantage;
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactiveness is required;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in English and German; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
