FieldMouse is seeking a proactive and outgoing Fieldwork Assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote role with occasional travel and quarterly team meetups across the UK.

You will recruit participants, telephone screen them, schedule fieldwork such as focus groups and depth interviews, keep accurate records, and ensure compliance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct while supporting the wider fieldwork team.

FieldMouse is seeking a proactive and outgoing Fieldwork Assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote role with occasional travel and quarterly team meetups across the UK.

Whilst anyone resident in the UK is welcome to apply for this position, we are currently looking to expand our network in the North East of England and would particularly welcome applications from Teesside.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and telephone screen participants for our clients’ research projects
• Schedule fieldwork (e.g. focus groups and depth interviews)
• Maintain accurate participant records and data
• Ensure compliance with the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct
• Support the wider fieldwork team
• Communicate clearly with participants, colleagues and clients
• Occasionally support evening fieldwork (e.g. onboarding online focus groups)
