Blind Veterans UK is looking for an experienced and ambitious marketing manager to lead the development and delivery of our supporter acquisition and engagement fundraising programme.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, for a one year fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we attract, welcome and retain supporters across a range of products, including cash gifts, regular gifts, raffles and the weekly lottery and multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, telemarketing and face-to-face fundraising. You'll lead the planning and optimisation of individual giving supporter acquisition activity, managing budgets and performance, agency relationships and driving sustainable income growth.
Joining a collaborative and ambitious team, you’ll line manage one direct report and work closely with colleagues across fundraising, data & insight, supporter care and digital.

As Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Engagement, you will lead the individual giving programme to attract new supporters and drive lifetime value.
You will plan, deliver and optimise donor acquisition, welcome journeys and ongoing stewardship across a range of fundraising products and channels.
Focusing on donor acquisition, you will develop targeting and testing strategies to improve campaign performance and welcome journeys, whilst managing campaign budgets and delivering accurate income forecasts for your fundraising channels.
