Zusammenfassung

Your Housing Group is seeking a Quality & Performance Co-ordinator (Damp and Mould) to diagnose and manage damp and mould issues within Repairs & Maintenance. The role is largely from home, 35 hours per week, with occasional travel to our Birchwood Head Office for meetings.

You will triage cases, update the case management system, liaise with Building Surveyors and Contract Supervisors, and ensure timely updates to customers.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience monitoring KPIs and achieving targets.
  • Understanding of building defects and corrective action.
  • Basic health and safety knowledge in repairs.
  • Excellent IT and data entry skills.
  • Experience in repairs and maintenance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Performance Co-ordinator (Damp and Mould) to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality diagnosis and management service of damp and mould. Working for a Housing Association can be extremely rewarding, and we are lucky to have a hugely collaborative team of operatives, throughout all Trade professions, who work together to ensure that our customers are safe and warm in their homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Performance Co-Ordinator working within the Repairs & Maintenance Team. It is a great time to be joining as we are looking to add to and strengthen our existing damp and mould team. We are looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic person that will assist with the diagnosing and triaging of damp and mould cases, reviewing/analysing repairs data and liaising with Building Surveyors/Contract Supervisors and generally colleagues across the business. What will my working week look like? The role will involve predominantly working from home, working 35 hours per week on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be assisting in the diagnosing and managing of damp and mould related issues. This role plays a major part in resolving the issue for the customer by raising the relevant repairs, arranging a surveyor inspection and communicating with the customer throughout the process to give them regular updates in line with Awaabs Law. As part of the role you will be updating and managing a case management system so that the relevant information is up to date and recorded in one centralised location.
