Zusammenfassung

ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company focused on autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defence sector. The Quality Manager will shape processes to ensure products, suppliers, and operations meet the highest standards across the organization.

You will work with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to build a scalable quality culture in a fast-growing defense technology environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience in quality management within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience planning and conducting internal and external audits
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management and supply chain quality processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in quality, operations, or supply chain
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and commercial teams
  • Structured, analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Confidence managing documentation, compliance requirements, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment

  • Manage and enhance the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee quality standards and performance across the supply chain

  • Support the definition and monitoring of quality metrics, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen quality across products, suppliers, and internal processes
  • Help establish scalable quality structures that support growth and international operations

You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to build a scalable quality culture in a fast‑growing defense technology environment. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, customer trust, and the long‑term success of our systems in the field.

What You’ll Build
  • Plan and lead internal and external audits across the organization

What You Bring
  • Strong fluency in both English and German
  • Experience in quality management within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology‑driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience planning and conducting internal and external audits
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management and supply chain quality processes
  • Hands‑on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a quality, operations, or supply chain environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and commercial teams
  • A structured and analytical approach with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing documentation, compliance requirements, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements in a fast‑paced environment
