Your missions
The Quality Inspector is responsible for checking and controlling all assembly operations on the production line, Flight Test, and Delivery Center. Ideally starting in September, you will primarily conduct inspections on H160 Airbus Helicopters.
Activities
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Inspections
- Sealant, paint, and Skin Panel inspection
- Inspection of composite and metallic materials
- Carry out Brackets, Fasteners, Riveting inspections
- Perform final checks and closure of points
- Prepare DQ1 Technical Documentation and requests for concessions
- Ensure quality assessment, NC mapping, and defect characterization (Structure and Skin panels)
- Carry out NCs Creation and Management
- Implement and apply internal procedures regarding quality, safety, and security
- Follow-up on work orders on aircraft, non-conformities in Airbus system
- Declare failures of the quality system and product non-conformities
Operational supervisor: Activity Manager & Work Package Responsible / Team Leader & Operation Leader.
Your profile
- Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety, and quality measures)
- Extensive experience with Airbus aircraft/helicopters in Electrical, Mechanical & Structural Inspection (Brackets, electrical, pipes, sealant, drilling, hydraulic, fuel tank, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals, etc.
- Familiar with MS Office, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM, etc.)
- Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc.)
- Customer-oriented approach (listening, support, timely delivery)
- Experience with measurement tools: Voltmeter, multimeter, gap gun, etc.
- Ability to detect and report non-conformities and ensure correction
- Report writing skills: accurate and concise
- Good communication skills
- Manage customer convocations and deliver presentations if necessary
- Driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel between Donauwörth and Marignane (France)
- Fluent in English: C1/C2
- German and French are a plus
