Zusammenfassung

NES Fircroft is seeking a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for an internationally operating client in the field of cryogenic plants. You will contribute to quality planning and assurance for components and plants, working closely with customers, suppliers, inspection bodies and project teams.

Responsibilities include QA planning, reviewing requirements and standards, preparing inspection documentation, supplier QA, engaging with authorities, supporting tests, and driving continuous improvement of the QA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in quality planning or quality management, ideally in plant engineering, pressure vessel, or piping construction.
• Knowledge of ASME BPVC VIII/1+2, ASME B31.3, EN 13445, and EN 13480.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong technical understanding, and a structured approach to work.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and implementation of quality planning for components of cryogenic plants.

• Supporting pressure tests and inspections.
• Preparing and compiling project-specific product documentation.
• Preparing repair instructions in the event of damage.
• Supporting internal and external quality audits.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality assurance system.
