For our client, a leading global technology group in the field of diagnostics and life sciences, we are looking for a Quality Management Operations Specialist at the Ludwigsburg site. Become the central point of contact for ensuring product conformity and play an active role in shaping the quality processes in production.

Your tasks

• Central coordination of non-conformance management (NCs) for the entire operations area.
• Carrying out the operational risk assessment of non-conformities in coordination with Quality Assurance (QA).
• Technical root cause analysis for error patterns and definition of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensuring compliance in the deviation process and tracking the implementation of measures.
• Processing of assigned customer complaints and analysis and reporting of key quality indicators (KPIs).

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) or a technical or scientific degree (e.g. life science); further training in QM is an advantage.
• Professional experience in quality management or quality control, ideally in a production environment (operations).
• Sound knowledge in dealing with deviations (NCs) and ideally in CAPA management.
• Sound user knowledge of the ISO 13485 standard.
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a strong communicative, analytical and independent way of working.
• Regional willingness to travel required.
