Zusammenfassung

NEURA Robotics is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own product quality across the lifecycle, perform root-cause analyses, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

You will define quality KPIs, build dashboards, and develop a Q-Early-Warning system for robust launches. Collaborate with development to embed quality early in design. Strong German and English skills required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s in mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management and development environments.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics, and programming (Python/C++).
• Experience analyzing and measuring electronic and mechanical components.
• Strong grasp of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and 8D.
• Strong communication skills, business-fluent German, and good English.

Aufgaben

• You develop a Q-Early-Warning system, a QA matrix, and Launch Control for robust product launches.
• You investigate quality issues in production, guide manufacturing on corrective measures, and drive quality awareness through regular Q-Gemba walks.
• You're the direct contact for escalations and customer complaints, coordinating resolutions.
• You collaborate closely with development to embed quality requirements early in design and process.
• You maintain quality documentation (risk assessments, FMEAs, audit reports) and drive continuous improvement.
