Neura Robotics is seeking a Quality Engineer to elevate product quality through hands-on, scalable processes. You will perform root cause analyses, develop test plans for hardware, monitor burn-in and performance tests, and collaborate with development teams to validate designs.
The role requires 5+ years in quality management, strong SPC knowledge, and execution of FMEA and 8D methods. German and English communication skills are essential for this position in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Quality Assurance & Control
Testing & Validation
Develop and execute test plans for hardware components.
Monitor burn-in tests and performance tests.
Collaborate with development teams to validate new designs and updates.
Supplier & Production Quality
Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
Implement statistical process control (SPC) and conduct process capability studies.
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing.
Documentation & Reporting
Continuous Improvement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in quality management and development environments.
Solid knowledge of sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics, and programming (e.g., Python/C++).
Experience in the analysis and measurement of electronic and mechanical components.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, SPC).
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001).
Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
