Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution. As part of our quality management team, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards in an operational production environment.

You will conduct chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, and you will collaborate with internal departments and external laboratories to maintain inspection plans in SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Completed scientific university degree (e.g., Biology, Nutritional Sciences, Food Science) or food-related vocational training with at least three years of professional experience in quality control
• Knowledge of quality management systems and recognized standards (IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001)
• Familiarity with food law requirements, hygiene regulations (LMHV, Regulation (EC) 852/2004), and HACCP principles
• Experience with chemical-physical, sensory, and basic microbiological testing methods
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with good German and English language skills

Job Purpose and Overview

As part of our quality management team, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You work closely with various internal departments as well as external laboratories and suppliers and play a key role in ensuring product safety and quality.

In this role, you are responsible for the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products – using chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses in an operational production environment.
