Position Overview
We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of "Quality Conformance Management Specialist" (m/w/d).
Responsibilities
- Support the Process Management Team(s) in defining and improving the process and its key elements, based on operational feedback.
- Contribute to the Process Management Teams (PMT) by actively participating in the meetings and by ensuring KPI availability.
- Lead/coordinate process deployment in their Operational Area and different programs, including all necessary activities.
- Collect and analyze Process Issues and Best Practices coming from process operators in the Operational Area and, if needed, escalates them at PMT level for decision.
- Provide local inputs for Risk identification, Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation.
- Provide feedback and change requests to PMT to support continuous improvements.
- Lead small projects and support the creation of Process documents for different Processes and manage the publication phase.
- Work on the development of the ASA BMS.
- Report to the process owner (ground test design) and head of the department.
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Over 4 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Planning, Process Improvement, and Quality Management.
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Total Quality Management (TQM), including problem‑solving methods.
- Good knowledge of project management.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel on business (once per quarter for 2–3 days within Germany).
