Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and programs for new product developments as well as the existing product portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manage QA activities within New Product Development (NPD) projects, collaborating with QA, Product Development, GSC and other functions, performing product and process risk assessment, defining quality standards and validating product performance.
  • Design, maintain and improve policies and procedures related to global product development activities and implement global requirements with Product Development teams.
  • Conduct periodic audits with factories and global functions to validate adherence to QMS requirements and identify improvement areas, including CAPA follow‑up.
  • Manage product and process deviations, communicate findings, coordinate escalation and root‑cause analysis, and drive related improvement activities.
Requirements
  • University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Food Technology or similar scientific/technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the tobacco industry (QA/R&D/GSC/New Product Development) or FMCG.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and quality assurance, with audit experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); advanced MS Office skills; experience with SAP R/3 and data analysis / statistics.
  • Strong project‑management skills and knowledge of quality programs or standards.
  • Highly organised, structured working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills; willingness to travel.
