The ideal candidate has completed vocational training or possesses years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of GMP and food safety.

The Quality Assurance team will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and internal quality standards, supporting supplier qualification and audits, maintaining quality documentation, and contributing to effective complaint handling and continuous improvement of quality processes.

This position is based in Pritzwalk, Germany, where our production site is located. Our production facility is based in Brandenburg area, near the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District, with good connections to Rostock, Hamburg, and Berlin.

The Role/Responsibilities:

• Support compliance with and implementation of legal quality requirements, GMP guidelines, and internal standards, while contributing to the continuous development of our quality assurance system.
• Conduct and coordinate supplier evaluations and support supplier qualification and audits.
• Support the preparation and execution of supplier, customer, and certification audits.
• Create, maintain, and review quality assurance agreements, responsibility agreements, work instructions, and other quality-related documentation.
• Support the processing of complaints and the definition, implementation, and follow-up of appropriate corrective measures.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, Purchasing, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable and effective quality processes.

Profile/Requirements:

• You have completed vocational training, for example as a pharmaceutical technician, food technologist, or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you bring several years of professional experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ideally, you already have experience in quality assurance, contract manufacturing, or a regulated production environment.
• You have knowledge of GMP and food safety standards or are motivated to develop your expertise in these areas.
• You work carefully, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and are able to keep an overview when managing several topics at the same time.
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and the confidence to drive topics forward.
• You have a good command of German and very good English skills, enabling you to confidently handle documentation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
