GELO Holzwerke in Bayern seeks a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to shape and maintain our quality standards across the value chain, collaborating with specialist departments to secure sustainable product and process quality.

You will lead internal audits, analyze defects, drive corrective and preventive actions, and coordinate work safety and risk assessments in a family-owned company with a strong employee culture.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or studies in Quality management, engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in Quality Management and Work Safety.
