gameXcite GmbH is developing premium PC/console games and seeks a motivated QA Manager to drive quality across the project based on the Star Trek license. You will coordinate QA activities with an international team and work closely with developers, artists, and producers in Hamburg.

The role focuses on establishing test plans, metrics, and robust release QA, leveraging Unreal-based projects and Agile processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in software QA, ideally in the games industry and with Unreal-based projects.
• Experience with Agile development/Scrum.
• Ideally, experience with test automation.
• Proficiency with Google products such as Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Good understanding of PC and console games.
• Reliable, dedicated, and able to work well under pressure.
• Well-organized, a quick learner, and possess good communication skills.
• A team player who handles constructive feedback well.
• Result-oriented with a passion for games.

We are gameXcite GmbH and have been developing various games based on well-known brands such as Asterix & Obelix or Star Trek since 2016 - from mobile to PC, from free to play to premium.

For our current project - a premium PC/console game based on the Star Trek license - we are looking for a motivated QA Manager to support us in the area of quality assurance.
