Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. You will execute manual tests, write automation scripts, and apply API testing tools while integrating tests into CI/CD processes to ensure product quality.

You will work with developers and product teams to maintain test coverage and uphold HIPAA-related testing standards, with a remote-first work environment and generous benefits.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience.

• Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback.

Preferred

• Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST‑regulated healthcare environment.
• Performance and security testing experience.
• Experience building test frameworks from the ground up.

We offer a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 USD per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and growth potential. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. Compensation is determined by several factors, including experience, skills, and team impact. We regularly review compensation to ensure fairness and consistency.
