Zusammenfassung

Banco Plata is seeking a Junior+ QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) for the KYC Team, working on identity verification and onboarding. You’ll collaborate across biometric checks, document validation, and multiple verification providers to ensure secure, compliant onboarding.

You will design test scenarios, automate and execute tests in Go, and contribute to test documentation while liaising with product teams during releases. Flexible work arrangements and relocation support are available.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of QA experience.
• Proactive, persistent attitude with problem-solving drive.
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Programming experience in Go/Java/Kotlin/Python.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• B1 or higher English level for international team communication.

We are looking for a Junior+ QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) for the KYC Team — the team behind Banco Plata’s identity verification and customer onboarding framework. The team combines biometric checks, document validation, and multiple verification providers to reduce fraud, strengthen data integrity, and deliver a reliable, compliant onboarding experience across all channels.

Challenges that await you:

• Analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, preparing test data
• Developing and maintaining test documentation
• Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
• Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go
• Identifying, localizing, and reporting defects using a bug tracking system

• 1–2 years of experience in QA
