HireHi, a leading European automotive retailer, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to own the quality strategy across microservices, microfrontends, and legacy systems. You will build a scalable testing landscape, establish standards, and enable developers to sustain quality as the organization grows.

Required are strong TypeScript skills and experience with Playwright/Jest/Vitest, plus CI/CD proficiency and fluent German and English.

Formación

• Deep understanding of modern testing strategies (test pyramid, unit, component, contract, E2E, performance).
• Strong TypeScript skills with experience in Playwright, Jest, or Vitest.
• Experience with microservice architectures and microfrontends.
• Expertise in building and developing test automation and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Strong architectural and systems understanding including legacy integration.
• Ability to coach developer teams and build a quality culture.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Ownership, prioritization, and systems thinking.
• Nice to have: domain-driven testing, test data strategy, test environment management, non-functional testing, automotive/ERP/finance knowledge.
