Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a QA/Automation Tester to help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter for our USPS project. You will support manual and automated testing, and participate in building AI-driven test generation workflows using Visual Studio Code and Python.

You will interact with developers and stakeholders to define, document, and execute system integration tests, review requirements, and transform test plans into scripts to verify that needs are met.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant QA/Automation experience.
• 2+ years in manual and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience in payroll domain or payroll-related testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-driven test script generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by supporting the USPS as a QA/Automation Tester
• Develop the AI program focused on automating requirements and test case preparation using Visual Studio Code and Python
• Interact with Developers and other stakeholders to define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret system integration tests
• Review user requirements documentation and develop test plans to verify requirements have been met
• Transform test plans into test scripts and ensure proper execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience manual and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of software development cycle and testing methodologies
• Proficient in running manual tests, and able to recognize when and how to incorporate automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses
• Payroll domain knowledge
• Understanding of payroll cycles, tax calculations, deductions, benefits, etc.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Payroll calculations such as gross-to-net pay, benefits deductions, garnishments, bonuses
• Basic understanding of accounting related to payroll
• Experience using AI-driven tools that automatically generate test scripts based on system requirements, user stories, or existing application behavior
