This mid-senior role requires Chartered Engineer status or progress toward it, strong technical skills in building services, and knowledge of UK standards.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartered status.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of Public Health Engineering in building services.
• Knowledge of UK building standards (CIBSE, British Standards, ISO, BSRIA, CIPHE).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant design tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the financial aspects of running a design project on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection systems and LEED/environmental assessment methods is a plus.
