Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join a collaborative clinician-centered team in MD. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults, young adults, and children, with strong support and administrative backing.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD.
• Active DEA license in MD.
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years in medication management for children/adolescents/adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Treat adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $ 140,000 - $ 228,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
