Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide telehealth services as 1099 contractors. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible scheduling, and a focus on evidence-based therapy within a supportive clinical framework.

Required are advanced degrees in psychology, counseling, or social work, plus several years delivering CBT and related therapies to adults. Telehealth experience and digital-tool comfort are essential.

• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred

About the Role

We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

What You’ll Do
