Your Main Responsibilities
  • CAD Design and systems engineering of propulsion systems.
  • Integrate and assemble propulsion systems and their corresponding prototypes, qualification, and flight models.
  • Conduct the qualification and acceptance tests of components, subsystems and propulsion systems for launcher requirements.
  • Define, screen, select, and procure components for propulsion system or test benches.
  • Preperation and conduction of test- and project-reviews with partners and customers.
  • Characterize components of propulsion systems both numerically and experimentally.
Your Qualification
  • MSc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field. BSc. in these disciplines may also be considered with relevant experience.
  • Experience with CAD tools (e.g. Fusion, NX, Catia, or similar)
  • Hands-on mentality, not afraid of getting hands dirty and approaching new fields of work
  • Knowlegde and experience in programming e.g. with Python, Matlab or similar
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ideal: Experience with fluid systems, valves, and mechanical work
  • Ideal: Experience working in a student (rocketry) team.
